Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a design-led environment, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Strong expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and analysis
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, able to convey complex insights clearly
- Ability to influence design and business decisions at multiple levels
- Experience operating independently and managing multiple research initiatives
- Experience in government or regulated environments (nice to have)
- Familiarity with SaaS or digital product platforms (nice to have)

- Lead and deliver end-to-end user research across multiple initiatives
- Plan, conduct, and analyse usability testing (moderated and unmoderated) as well as other qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Collaborate closely with designers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure research drives decision-making
- Challenge assumptions and embed user-centered thinking into strategy and design delivery
- Communicate insights clearly and effectively to influence design and business outcomes
- Operate independently from scoping to delivery, ensuring research quality and impact
