Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with experience working with Juniper and/or Cisco technologies. Knowledge of NSX-T or other virtualization platforms, such as Cisco SDWAN, is highly desirable. You should have experience with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds or similar and be able to serve as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line engineers. Excellent customer-facing skills are essential. Please note that this role requires willingness and eligibility for high-level security clearance checks.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work as part of a busy team, supporting our ongoing national security infrastructure projects. Your duties will include providing escalated support for network issues, managing network monitoring tools, and collaborating with other engineers to ensure seamless network operations. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and assist in training and mentoring junior staff.

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) with over 50 years of experience in delivering national security infrastructure projects for the UK MOD.
