Requirements
Must:
- 5 years experience in the Energy or Utilities sector, with an understanding of current industry challenges and trends
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes (ERP, CRM, or similar)
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience managing or mentoring team members
- Working knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery approaches
- Understanding of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) or SaaS platforms (Salesforce) - Desirable
- Industry or programme management certifications - Desirable
- High technical and emotional intelligence
Responsibilities
- Contribute to major transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector, supporting the design and delivery of technology-enabled change
- Break down complex technical or business topics into clear, actionable insights for client stakeholders
- Provide functional and technical input across solution design, build, test, and deployment
- Drive high-quality delivery, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Work across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supporting teams across global locations
- Stay current with emerging technologies and apply them in client engagements
