Must:
We are looking for experienced candidates with a strong background in infrastructure support. You should have experience with the following technologies: VMWare vSphere, Windows Server, Windows Active Directory, DNS, WSUS, RDS, McAfee, RHEL. Experience with applications such as SharePoint, SQL, Exchange, and CASD would be a plus. The ideal candidate should also be willing to undergo a DV clearance process.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide support to our infrastructure environments by troubleshooting various environmental infrastructure issues including Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, Active Directory, and AppLocker. You will collaborate with our Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to resolve issues affecting end users, while also working directly with client leads to address escalated incidents. Additionally, you will be responsible for the patching and maintenance of both test and live environments, which includes installing Anti-Virus software, WSUS updates, RHEL, and other product updates. Part of your duties will include working with PKI Certificates and SIEM tooling, while also supporting Engineering and Test teams with Active Directory administration activities such as managing accounts, groups, memberships, and permissions. You will participate in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7/365 support is available.
Description
This is a Mon-Fri role based in Basingstoke, requiring 5 days on-site attendance. You will work in a bi-weekly shift rotation from 7 AM to 3 PM and then from 11 AM to 7 PM, totaling 37 hours per week. The salary is £50k with a 10% DV bonus and a 5% company bonus.
