Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience working as a Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong background in cloud-native development, ideally within the Azure ecosystem.
- Professional experience with C# and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing.
- Solid grasp of solution architecture principles including scalability, security, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior architects to ensure Solutions Engineer deliverables are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
- Design and develop proof-of-concepts and prototype solutions supporting both strategic and operational initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver group-level digital programmes.
- Champion modern software engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, version control, and agile delivery.
- Develop reference architectures, solution templates, and implementation playbooks.
- Act as a technical advisor, supporting adoption of new technologies across diverse teams.
