Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a Software Engineer with strong development experience in Python.
- I expect you to have the aspiration to learn new skills and continuously develop professionally.
- I prefer candidates who have knowledge of cloud engineering, such as AWS, Docker, and Microservices.
- You should be able to work effectively as part of a team, share knowledge, and engage with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- As a Software Engineer, you will design, code, test, correct, and document simple programs, assisting in the implementation of software that is part of a well-engineered information or communications system.
- You will provide accurate estimates of the development effort needed to design, code, and test software based on given specifications.
- I want you to focus on Data Processing solutions and contribute to AWS Cloud infrastructure projects.
- You will logically analyze code defects and produce timely code fixes.
- Additionally, you will have opportunities to mentor junior developers and provide oversight where applicable.
Description
The position offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 to £60,000, along with a discretionary bonus, a pension scheme, and private medical care. Please note that candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK and be eligible for National Security Vetting, which typically requires 5-10 years of continuous UK residency depending on the level of vetting required.
