Requirements
Must:
We require candidates to have a strong knowledge and hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and architecture. You should have experience leading teams of ServiceNow developers and implementing quality standards, including code and architectural reviews. A minimum of 5 ServiceNow CIS certifications is essential, along with experience in at least three ServiceNow product lines outside of ITSM, such as ITOM, ITAM, HR, CSM, SPM, and HAM/SAM. Advanced scripting and integration skills in JavaScript, SQL, and API/Web Services are necessary, as well as experience integrating ServiceNow with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Being process-oriented, able to operate as a technical authority, and comfortable collaborating with peers is vital. Holding SC clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain it is required.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will architect and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple product lines. You will lead, mentor, and manage teams of ServiceNow developers while providing technical oversight and design authority on key programmes. Staying up to date with ServiceNow innovations, new applications, and best practices will be part of your role. You will drive continuous improvement in methodology, quality standards, and service offerings, while collaborating with peers to ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance principles. Additionally, you will apply your advanced scripting, integrations, and cloud knowledge to deliver high-quality solutions.
Description
We are offering a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £75,000, along with hybrid working opportunities across London, Manchester, or Edinburgh.
