Requirements
Must:
- Experience supporting Windows infrastructure, specifically with tools and technologies such as Windows Server (2016 and above), Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM, Windows OS
- Proven experience with storage solutions and processes, such as Dell EMC or similar
- Microsoft PKI experience is highly desirable, but not essential
- Ability to work shifts, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hours from 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm
- Willingness and eligibility to undergo high-level security clearance checks
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Windows infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Manage and operate storage solutions to meet organizational needs
- Assist in implementing and troubleshooting Microsoft PKI solutions as required
- Collaborate with team members to ensure systems are secure and meet compliance requirements
- Work assigned shifts effectively and complete tasks within designated hours
