Requirements
Must:
- Extensive C++ development experience (modern standards)
- Strong Linux development expertise
- Deep understanding of networking protocols and systems
- Experience designing high-performance, scalable solutions
- Background working in Agile teams and mentoring others
- Knowledge of complementary technologies (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Take a leading role in delivering advanced software solutions
- Work on complex systems supporting national security and defence
- Manage end-to-end ownership across the development lifecycle
- Provide mentoring opportunities to junior team members
- Shape technical direction within agile teams
- Collaborate with highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams

Description
