Requirements
Must:
- I have at least 10 years of experience in technical support for SOC or Cyber Security operations.
- I possess 5 years of experience in vulnerability management, demonstrating strong risk-based prioritization skills.
- I have proven leadership capabilities in high-pressure, crisis-response situations.
- I excel in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- I have an in-depth understanding of incident response frameworks and operational delivery.
- I have experience managing IDS/IPS technologies and security gateway systems.
- I demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- I am eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
- I hold relevant certifications such as CISSP, CICM, GCIH, or similar.
Responsibilities
- I serve as the key point of contact and escalation for clients across SOC services.
- I coordinate incident response activities, leading investigation, containment, and remediation alongside technical teams.
- I manage post-incident reporting and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- I support compliance with SLAs to ensure services meet contractual, operational, and quality standards.
- I lead service reviews and present performance reports to clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
- I oversee vulnerability management efforts, including scanning, prioritization, risk communication, and remediation coordination.
- I ensure IDS/IPS systems are maintained and aligned with the latest threat intelligence.
- I work closely with the Senior Service Delivery Manager to identify process improvements and implement best practices.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced SOC Technical Security Service Delivery Manager to join our growing and innovative Security Operations Centre (SOC) function within a global, client-focused environment. This is a pivotal opportunity to lead and shape the delivery of security services for major clients while supporting a broader mission to build a more secure and resilient digital world. I will act as a critical liaison between client stakeholders and internal operational teams, ensuring the delivery of world-class cyber security services.
