Requirements
Must:
- Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, specifically Employee Central and Compensation
- Proven delivery of 2-3 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations
- Experience leading functional workstreams or small teams
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation certifications (essential)
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional lead for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Compensation
- Lead or support the design, configuration, testing and deployment of SuccessFactors solutions
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional designs
- Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, compensation templates and eligibility rules
- Support data migration, integrations and security design
- Produce functional specifications, design documents and user documentation
- Facilitate client workshops, presentations and training sessions

We are a global consulting organization seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Manager to join our SAP delivery team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of functional delivery and play a key role in enterprise-scale SAP SuccessFactors programmes. We offer a hybrid working environment and a competitive salary between £75,000-95,000 GBP.
