Must:

- 5 end-to-end implementations
- Deep expertise in Employee Central plus at least one Talent module
- Proven experience leading large, complex, multi-module SuccessFactors programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory capability
- Comfortable balancing delivery leadership, strategic advisory and sales support
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central and Time Management
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-quality solution designs
- Provide oversight across multiple SuccessFactors modules and delivery streams
- Ensure alignment between SuccessFactors workstreams, overall programme vision, and integrated systems
- Advise senior stakeholders on best practices, roadmap-driven capabilities, and innovation
- Contribute to pre-sales, solution shaping, and thought leadership
- Mentor and develop junior consultants
Description
