Requirements
Must:
- 10 years in IT Delivery
- 2 full-cycle SAP implementations as a Lead/PM
- Deep knowledge of S/4HANA and SAP BTP
- Proven experience managing Tier 1 System Integrators
- PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Capacity to manage high-pressure Go-Live and Hypercare phases
- Strong focus on business value and TCO

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP initiatives
- Drive full-lifecycle SAP programmes using SAP Activate or Agile/Waterfall hybrids
- Manage programme boards, steering committees, and RAID logs
- Oversee multi-million dollar budgets (CAPEX/OPEX) and vendor SOWs
- Lead cross-functional teams (Functional, Technical, OCM, and Data)
- Ensure seamless connectivity between SAP and legacy landscapes
Description
We are seeking an SAP Programme Manager for an 18-month contract position outside of IR35. In this role, you will lead the delivery of large-scale SAP initiatives, collaborating closely with executive leadership, workstreams, and third-party system integrators.
