Requirements
Must:
- 5 years experience in pre-sales, architecture, or Salesforce consulting
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and product suite
- Strong stakeholder management and solution storytelling skills
- Ability to bridge technical and business priorities in a compelling way
- Salesforce Application Architect certification (minimum)
- Experience shaping large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations
- ROM estimation skills and understanding of Agile/Hybrid delivery models
- Strong commercial mindset and a track record of closing complex deals
Responsibilities
- Own the solution proposal across pre-sales opportunities - from discovery to submission
- Design and present scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to specific client needs
- Conduct engaging product demos, presentations, and proof of concepts
- Act as a strategic Salesforce advisor, bringing industry insights to clients and colleagues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project handovers
- Juggle multiple bids and opportunities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Stay ahead of Salesforce product developments and competitor offerings
