Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with experience as a Network Engineer, ideally within an MSP, Telecoms, or Defence organization. You should have network design skills, including the ability to create network diagrams, high-level designs (HLDs), and low-level designs (LLDs), along with support documentation. Proficiency with Cisco and/or Juniper switches and familiarity with common networking protocols such as BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, DNS, MPLS, and VPN is essential. You should also possess experience with all aspects of networking, including configuration, installation, support, design, and monitoring. Since this position is based in a high-security sector, candidates must be eligible and willing to undertake security clearance if they do not already hold any.
Responsibilities
As a Network Design Engineer in our team, you will work on mission-critical national security projects. You will collaborate with an experienced group of professionals in a continuous learning environment that supports your career progression and certification. You will be responsible for designing and implementing network solutions, creating necessary documentation, and providing ongoing support for those networks.
