Requirements
Must:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Exposure to Linux systems
- Interest in cloud / DevOps / infrastructure
- Willingness to work a 24/7 shift pattern onsite
Responsibilities
- Support live cloud environments and resolve technical issues
- Follow runbooks to diagnose and escalate incidents
- Work within a structured ticketing environment
- Gain exposure to Kubernetes, infrastructure tooling, and secure platforms
Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our secure cloud operations team in Cheltenham, supporting critical UK infrastructure. This role provides hands-on exposure to modern cloud platforms in a highly secure, internet-disconnected environment. As part of a dedicated 24/7 engineering team, you will enhance your skills and contribute to maintaining live systems. We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 along with a bonus and shift allowance.
