Enterprise Architect Manager - Defence & National Security

- Strong Enterprise Architecture experience in secure, complex client environments - Experience working within secure UK Government environments (Defence, Public Safety, National Security) - Experience across one or more architecture domains (Business, Application, Data, Technology) - Background in large-scale or highly sensitive digital transformation programmes - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Experience working within multi-disciplinary teams - Ability to work across multiple levels of architectural abstraction - Familiarity with enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, public cloud providers) - Curiosity about emerging technologies such as AI, automation, cloud, data platforms - Experience contributing to or designing AI-enabled solutions - Full professional proficiency in English - Deep knowledge of secure UK Government technology landscapes (preferred) - Consulting background (preferred) - Understanding of the Government Service Manual, Technology Code of Practice, and UK digital/data strategies (preferred) - Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or Technology Strategist (preferred) - Experience in initiatives such as application rationalisation, re-platforming, and data architecture transformation (preferred) - Knowledge of business capability modelling and process taxonomies (preferred) - Experience designing or governing enterprise data platforms (preferred) - Knowledge of public/private cloud architectures (preferred) - Experience using EA tools (LeanIX, Avolution, Bizzdesign, Orbus, etc.) (preferred) - Relevant certifications (TOGAF, COBIT, cloud architecture, DCAM, DAMA-DMBOK) (preferred) - Hold valid Developed Vetting (DV) clearance (mandatory) - Successfully pass BPSS checks (mandatory) - Be a British passport holder with no dual nationality (mandatory)
