Requirements
Must:
- Approximately 5 years of experience in enterprise management tooling and systems integration.
- Strong working knowledge of Zabbix, Elastic, Splunk, Microsoft System Centre Suite, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing Windows and Linux infrastructures, focusing on monitoring, patching, and automation.
- Proven background in designing and deploying tools and integrations within secure or sensitive environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate, influence, and reach technical consensus.
- A proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to produce detailed technical documentation.
- Must be eligible for high-level UK security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Take responsibility for the design, development, and integration of enterprise management systems for large-scale and secure environments.
- Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, shape designs, and reach technical consensus on bids and project delivery.
- Design, deploy, and integrate management toolsets to provide seamless monitoring, automation, and service management capabilities.
- Produce high-quality technical documentation, design artifacts, and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with architecture and delivery teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions are achieved.
- Maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance, setting an example across all projects.
