Requirements
Must:
- Experience in infrastructure support, particularly with VMWare vSphere, Windows Server, Windows AD, DNS, WSUS, and RDS
- Experience with EMC, RHEL, SAN, GPOs, WSUS, Active Directory, and AppLocker
- Familiarity with McAfee, SIEM tooling, and PKI certificates
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle escalated incidents and work directly with client leads
- Experience with patching and maintenance of test and live environments
- Willingness to participate in On-Call rotation for 24/7 support
- DV clearance or the ability to obtain DV clearance as required
- Willingness to travel and meet clients when necessary
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot environmental storage infrastructure issues
- Collaborate with Network, Engineering, and SOC teams to resolve end-user issues
- Work directly with client leads to address escalated incidents
- Perform patching and maintenance including installing anti-virus and product updates
- Manage Active Directory administration activities such as accounts, groups, memberships, and permissions
- Support Engineering and Test teams as needed
- Participate in the On-Call rotation to ensure 24/7/365 support coverage
- Provide flexibility to adapt to client needs and ensure performance
