Responsibilities
- Provide first-line and second-line operational support for secure cloud platforms and users
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, platform, and Linux-based issues in live environments
- Monitor systems, manage incidents, and follow runbooks for high-priority events
- Support Kubernetes-based platforms and Infrastructure as Code environments
- Work with ticketing systems to document issues, resolutions, and escalations
- Contribute to continuous improvement by reducing operational toil and improving procedures
- Develop deep technical expertise in air-gapped cloud architecture and secure operations
