Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Network Engineer, I will involve you in assisting a high-profile user community. You will have daily contact with customers and stakeholders, utilizing our IT Service Management Toolset. A critical part of your role will include monitoring Event Management tooling, as well as triage and escalation processes.
