Requirements
Must:
- Current UK Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical or consulting role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methods, including process modelling, requirements elicitation, and use case development.
- Experience delivering within transformation or complex delivery programmes.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex information and present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with data visualisation and analytical tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikSense.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Experience working in Defence, Security, or Public Sector environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Defence and Security clients on some of the UKs most complex and high-impact programmes.
- Work alongside multidisciplinary teams of analysts, engineers, and consultants to design and deliver technology-enabled transformation.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable outcomes.
- Use analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement and shape solutions that enhance operational performance.
- Apply Agile delivery methods to deliver tangible value quickly and iteratively.
- Contribute to the development of product-centric operating models that make a real difference to national security and public services.
