Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in software testing, QA, or conversational AI testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (functional, regression, exploratory, UAT).
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts or LLM-based systems (preferred).
- Familiarity with JSON, APIs, and test automation frameworks.
- Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, or similar AI agent platforms (desired).
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, NLP, or training-data quality (desired).
- Experience working within secure or regulated environments (desired).
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and document detailed test plans and test cases for AI agents.
- Perform manual and automated testing across conversational flows, integrations, APIs, and user journeys.
- Validate agent accuracy, intent recognition, response quality, and adherence to safety and business rules.
- Conduct regression testing following updates or retraining cycles.
- Test agents across multiple channels (web, mobile, CRM, chat widgets).
- Log defects with clear reproduction steps and diagnostic detail.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and validate fixes.
- Identify edge cases, requirement gaps, and possible failure points.
- Analyse conversation logs to detect issues, misclassifications, and optimisation opportunities.
- Monitor key performance metrics including accuracy, latency, handoff rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights to improve training data, prompts, and configuration.
- Ensure agents follow security, data-handling, and responsible-AI standards.
- Validate that responses avoid prohibited content and satisfy safety guardrails.
- Support audits and maintain documentation for testing coverage and release readiness.
- Work alongside Product, Engineering, and SMEs to align testing with requirements.
- Contribute to testing frameworks, automation tooling, and best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and cross-functional working groups.
