Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Windows infrastructure support and administration.
- Hands-on expertise with Dell EMC storage solutions (Avamar and Data Domain preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows OS, and Microsoft PKI (or a willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with ITSM tooling and secure system deployment practices.
- DV-clearable status.
Responsibilities
As a 3rd Line Storage Support Engineer, I will be part of a multi-skilled agile team responsible for supporting and maintaining secure Windows infrastructure and enterprise storage environments at scale. This is a hands-on infrastructure role that involves systems administration, proactive monitoring, and the implementation of approved changes to ensure optimal performance across critical platforms. I will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders, contributing to service delivery and operational excellence.
Description
We are located in Basingstoke and require the role to be on-site five days a week.
