Requirements
Must:

- Experience in IT support or infrastructure engineering, ideally within an IT Managed Service Provider, Defence, or Telecoms sector.
- Proficiency with supporting tools and technologies such as Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, SAN or NAS, and Disaster Recovery.
- Proven experience serving as an escalation point for complex support tickets.
- Experience in installing and supporting firewalls, anti-virus, and other security-related products and services.
- Ability to work cross-departmentally with Network and SOC teams to resolve complex issues for end-users.
- Strong communication skills and experience working directly with customers on support tickets.
- Candidates must be eligible and willing to obtain high-level security clearances.

Description
