Responsibilities
- I am looking for a 3rd Line Storage Support Engineer to maintain and support the backup and storage solution for high availability and disaster recovery.
- You will conduct daily checks, produce documentation, and manage the product lifecycle.
- It will be your responsibility to assist a high-profile user community and maintain daily contact with customers and stakeholders.
- You will utilise the IT Service Management Toolset.
- A critical part of your role will be the monitoring of Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation.
Description
We offer a fully onsite position in Basingstoke, with shifts either from 07:00 to 15:00 or from 11:00 to 19:00. Joining our team means being a part of a high-level government account, where you will work with new technologies and contribute your ideas. We provide a competitive £50k base salary, a 10% DV bonus, a 5% company bonus, and a £6k car allowance (which can be taken as cash). Additionally, you will enjoy 25 days of annual leave.
