Requirements
Must:
- 3β5 yearsβ experience within the Energy or Utilities sector
- Experience delivering or supporting large transformation programmes (ERP, CRM or similar)
- Strong understanding of industry challenges, trends and operating models
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project delivery
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work across diverse teams
- Line management or team leadership experience is highly valued
- Desirable: Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) or SaaS (Salesforce)
- Desirable: Industry or programme management certifications
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of large-scale technology and business transformation programmes
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements, simplify complex landscapes and shape technology roadmaps
- Provide functional and technical expertise in the Energy & Utilities sector
- Contribute to design, build, test and deployment activities
- Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Communicate effectively across teams and client groups, including offshore delivery centres
- Support multiple workstreams while maintaining strong organisational discipline
