- You should be available to start in September.
Responsibilities
- As the Tech Lead, I expect you to lead and mentor a cross-functional scrum team.
- You will drive technical delivery while remaining hands-on with development.
- I need you to collaborate with other tech leads and architects to align solutions.
- Championing best practices and ensuring quality assurance is essential.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and team members is a key part of this role.
Description
I am offering a permanent position as a Tech Lead in Software Engineering with a salary of up to £82,000. This role is based in Manchester, working in a hybrid model with 3 days onsite per week. In this capacity, you will be leading a scrum team of 8-9 engineers, including AWS, platform, and software specialists, along with a dedicated Scrum Master. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who identifies as a Senior Engineer or Lead Engineer and thrives in a collaborative, agile environment. Our tech stack primarily includes Java, AWS, and C++, with a methodology focused on Agile (SCRUM or SAFe).
