Requirements
Must:
- Strong background in Network Architecture
- Broad knowledge across multiple technologies (virtualization, infrastructure, security, applications)
- Ability to ensure interoperability between solution components
- Experience creating technical solution propositions and bid responses based on customer requirements
- Ability to define and track technical deliverables through the program lifecycle
- Experience with end-to-end program management, including both commercial and financial aspects
- Quality control and design accuracy through governance
- Experience leading and coordinating large teams (15-20 members)
- Serve as the escalation point for technical issues in the program
- Excellent communication skills with multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
As a Solution Architect, I will lead the design and delivery of impactful technical solutions for complex defence and national security projects. I will guide a team of architects, collaborating closely across bids and projects to ensure that everything aligns with customer needs while managing costs, time, and quality effectively. I will also be responsible for identifying technical challenges, managing risks, and ensuring the team works cohesively toward a shared goal. My leadership will be pivotal in driving the project through each phase and ensuring successful delivery at every step.
