Requirements
Must:
- Background as a Senior/Lead Data Scientist, AI Engineer, or ML Architect
- Proven experience with LLMs/SLMs, model evaluation, performance tuning, and deployment
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML, OpenAI
- Strong grounding in statistics, machine learning, data engineering, and big data concepts
- Ability to simplify complexity and guide non-technical audiences
- Understanding of cloud security, landing zones, and AI cost optimization (FinOps)
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively between industry solution teams and engineering squads to shape viable AI solutions
- Lead early-stage client engagements, including discovery, scoping, feasibility, and value shaping
- Build cloud-based prototypes using the latest hyperscaler AI tooling
- Clearly explain model capabilities, risks, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders
- Support sales teams with technical credibility during bids and client conversations
- Contribute to the development of a best-in-class AI engineering capability
