Must:
I am looking for candidates with solid experience in Kubernetes and related tools such as Docker, Rancher, Helm, Nexus, and Artifactory. A strong command of Linux (preferably RHEL), command-line scripting skills (Python, Bash), and automation expertise are essential. Proficiency with Ansible for managing deployments and configurations is also required, along with familiarity with CI/CD and OpenShift. Candidates should be skilled in problem-solving and providing exceptional service across teams. Please note that this position requires Sole British Citizenship and a willingness to obtain DV Clearance, starting on BPSS while DV is in progress.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will need you to deploy and oversee scalable, reusable Kubernetes environments to support various projects. You will collaborate with engineering and IT teams to enable seamless application deployment and testing. Leading training workshops on containerization will empower internal teams to master Kubernetes. You will implement and refine automation processes with Ansible and support continuous monitoring and security protocols. Additionally, I expect you to take ownership of troubleshooting and enhancing container platforms to maximize efficiency and uptime. You will have the opportunity to influence the future of software-defined data centers while working with a high-performing and respected team.
