Senior Business Analyst

In this position, you will lead the gathering of business requirements and support the design of solutions. You may either lead analysis for small projects or manage a workstream on larger programs. We expect you to think creatively to facilitate the efficient delivery of requirements while providing well-considered recommendations. You will collaborate with project teams to deliver according to an agreed roadmap, ensuring accurate estimation of delivery timelines in alignment with overall project goals. Adhering to governance processes is crucial, ensuring proper sign-offs and alignment with broader strategic objectives. As part of your role, you will engage with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively. Establishing clear communication with users, clients, management, and developers will be a key aspect of facilitating the smooth flow of information regarding project requirements, requested changes, and testing results. You will use strong judgment to provide sound advice to management and developers, ensuring decisions support project viability. It's important for you to assess situations, gather input from stakeholders, and recommend appropriate courses of action.
