We are looking for a Salesforce AI Architect with proven experience in delivering Salesforce AI solutions, having completed 2-5 projects using Einstein, Prompt Builder, and native Generative/Predictive AI tools. You should possess deep knowledge of Salesforce's AI ecosystem, including Copilot, Einstein Trust Layer, and Agentforce. A strong background in designing AI-driven solutions involving data preparation, model selection, and prompt configuration is essential. Additionally, you should have a clear understanding of data governance, ethical AI principles, and compliance considerations. We require a minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting or architecture roles, ideally in digital transformation contexts. A broad knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, with a focus on clouds such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or Communications Cloud, is necessary. Excellent communication skills are crucial, particularly with the ability to simplify complex AI topics for diverse audiences. The Salesforce Agentforce Specialist certification is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
As a Salesforce AI Architect, I will act as the in-house expert for Salesforce AI, advising on capabilities such as Einstein Copilot, Predictive AI, Generative AI, and Agentforce. I will lead the design and implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the Salesforce platform, from initial discovery to deployment and ongoing support. My role will involve integrating AI tools and models using Salesforce Agent Builder, Model Builder, and related technologies to optimize user experience and decision-making. I will support internal knowledge sharing by delivering training sessions and mentoring technical teams on Salesforce AI best practices. Staying up to date with platform developments and AI trends will be essential for driving innovation across client engagements. I will collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to identify and deliver AI-driven enhancements, and will optionally support or lead client-facing presentations and solution design workshops.
Description
This permanent position offers the chance to work on innovative, AI-powered Salesforce solutions across enterprise-scale projects within a leading global consultancy. The role allows for hybrid working, requiring one day per week in the office, with client site visits as needed. The compensation package includes a base salary of £90,000 - £100,000, an annual car allowance of £4,000, and a 10% annual bonus. You will also have access to ongoing learning and development opportunities within a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.
