Requirements
Must:
- Deep expertise in one or more core SAP domains: Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Service, or EAM.
- Proven experience leading solution design on multiple end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the evolving SAP technology landscape.
- Strong advisory mindset — able to simplify complex architecture for senior, non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of best practice architecture and design principles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Pre-sales experience with the confidence to shape and sell architectural solutions.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy S/4HANA solutions that align with best practices and architectural standards.
- Lead solution architecture assessments and shape the solution strategy with key senior stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and technically sound designs.
- Make key design decisions with a focus on “adopt, not adapt” principles.
- Address complex technical challenges and create strategies to resolve them.
- Mobilize delivery teams and establish the right artifacts, governance, and delivery structure.
- Support pre-sales, bids, and proposals and contribute to pipeline growth.
