Requirements
Must:
- I require 3 years of experience developing front-office trading system components.
- You must have expertise in Rust and proficiency in at least one other programming language (e.g., Python, Java, SQL).
- Solid experience with crypto products, including Options.
- I expect a strong understanding of system design principles, latency optimisation, and low-latency systems.
- A robust mathematical background along with experience in FX, Crypto, or Equity products is essential.
Responsibilities
- As a Quantitative Developer, you will enhance our exchange trading capabilities to maintain and grow our market share.
- You will develop and optimise trading strategies and systems across crypto products (Spot, CFDs, Futures, Perps, and Options).
- I need you to build and optimise end-to-end trading stacks, including exchange pricing, risk management, and monitoring.
- You will also automate processes and workflows to streamline our operations.
