Requirements
Must:
- Strong full stack development background with expertise in Java 11, Spring Boot, and React.
- Solid experience with microservices architecture and modern software practices.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud-native solution design.
- Proven leadership skills, having managed technical teams within complex programmes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence decisions at all levels.
- Eligible and willing to obtain UK security clearance (must hold a British passport and have lived in the UK for 5 years).
Responsibilities
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of Software, DevOps, and Test Engineers delivering cloud-native solutions.
- Drive technical direction, architecture, and tool/framework selection for a large-scale programme.
- Balance leadership with hands-on coding and solution design.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and guide teams through agile delivery processes.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions are delivered to meet customer requirements.
