Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in Technology M&A advisory, including leading Technology Due Diligence engagements.
- Strong commercial and financial understanding of IT Opex/Capex, synergies, carve-out assessments and cost modelling.
- Experience working with Private Equity clients and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to contribute to business development and drive new opportunities.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving ability and comfort operating under pressure.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills (written and verbal).
- Experience in IT Separation/Integration or an MBA is beneficial but not essential.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technology Due Diligence engagements for Private Equity and Corporate clients, assessing technical risks, opportunities and value creation levers.
- Analyse IT financials, including Opex/Capex, synergy assessments, carve-out costing, benchmarking and cost estimations.
- Contribute to proposal development, sales pitches and wider business development activities.
- Support the growth of the practice through mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal strategy.
- Drive sales activity in the UK Private Equity and Corporate deals market.
- Collaborate with European colleagues across multiple sectors on complex transactions.
- Produce high-quality written reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
