We are looking for a DevSecOps Lead Engineer with significant hands-on experience in the following areas:
- CI/CD & Testing: Proficiency in Azure DevOps Pipelines, automated test tools (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework), and Azure Test Plans.
- Infrastructure & Secrets: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling such as Terraform and Ansible, as well as knowledge of Harbor and Secure Secrets Management (e.g., Azure DevOps, Hashicorp Vault).
- Application Security: Familiarity with SCA, IAST, and DAST tooling (e.g., Black Duck, Coverity, Snyk).
- Version Control: Deep proficiency with Git.
- Foundational Skills: A strong software development background, technical leadership abilities, and expertise in DevSecOps practices are essential.

Responsibilities
In this role, I will take on several key responsibilities:
- Technical DevSecOps Ownership: I will lead the design, technical implementation, delivery, and assurance of the DevSecOps tooling stack and associated workflows.
- Design & Strategy: I will drive the technical design, make key architectural decisions, and provide advice to senior stakeholders on DevSecOps technologies and practices.
- Delivery & Governance: I will collaborate closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to plan and prioritize work, manage risks and dependencies, and report progress to the Solution Owner.
- Quality & Alignment: I will ensure that our DevSecOps implementation meets all technical requirements, satisfies business outcomes, and aligns with security needs.
- Team Development: I will mentor junior engineers and provide decisive guidance on implementation.
- Operationalization: I will define the support approach with the Service/Support Team and manage cross-team adoption and dependencies.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to £78K and additional benefits including a £6K car allowance, 15% bonus, 10% DV bonus, healthcare, life assurance, a 10% pension contribution, and 26 days of leave plus bank holidays with 3 flexible days.
