Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone who has at least one Google Cloud Professional certification. You should have strong experience with core GCP services, including Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, IAM, and VPC networking. A background in designing, documenting, and implementing secure cloud architectures is essential. You should also have a solid understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), automation (CI/CD), and scripting (Python, Bash). Knowledge of cloud security controls, IAM, encryption, and hybrid networking is required. Bonus points if you have experience in site reliability engineering, previous public sector project delivery, or have led small engineering teams in a project or consulting context.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead the technical architecture and delivery of Google Cloud solutions for our public sector clients. You will design, build, and operate secure cloud platforms, landing zones, and network architectures. Furthermore, you will mentor and guide small technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery, translating complex technical requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. You will also work with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and client teams to shape cloud strategy and adoption.
