Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, ideally within the Insurance sector. You should have a proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale transformations for Tier 1 insurance clients, with a strong understanding of core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud). Knowledge of insurance regulatory frameworks (e.g., Solvency UK, FCA Consumer Duty) is essential. Additionally, expertise across Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data, AI, integration, and automation technologies is required. Experience leading architecture from strategy to execution, along with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, including interaction with C-suite executives, is vital. Architecture and delivery certifications (TOGAF, SAFe, Scrum) and vendor credentials are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this senior leadership role, I will expect you to define and deliver enterprise-wide architecture strategies across the Insurance sector. You will lead major transformation programs leveraging Cloud, Data, and AI technologies while partnering with senior business leaders to align architecture with strategic objectives. Overseeing technology governance, architecture design, and ensuring end-to-end delivery integrity will be part of your role. You will also develop sector-specific technology propositions and reusable assets, provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship across onshore and offshore teams, and collaborate across sectors and global teams to foster innovation. Driving thought leadership in areas such as core platform modernization, digital transformation, and AI adoption will also be key tasks.
