Must:
As a candidate for the CRM Specialist position, you should have 4-6 years of experience using HubSpot. You need to be familiar with HubSpot process builder, including building validation rules and workflows. Exceptional data analysis, research, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks. You should be flexible, able to act quickly under pressure, and possess excellent time management and organization skills to juggle multiple projects. Additionally, exceptional written and oral communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a high-level interest in internet technologies are a must. A Bachelor's Degree is required.
Responsibilities
In your role as a CRM Specialist at our company, you will onboard new clients and review existing clients to recommend improvements in sales, marketing, and operational automation. You will build sales pipelines by importing existing data and formatting it appropriately, as well as creating team views and dashboards. Collaborating with our team, you will configure workflows and design sequences in HubSpot to send emails based on various event triggers. You will manage projects that involve tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders while developing drip campaigns, landing pages, email templates, workflows, and calls-to-action. Additionally, you will maintain the HubSpot marketing automation tool, ensuring data and list integrity, and document procedures. You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical and data issues with HubSpot and CRM as assigned by management.
