Requirements
Must:
- 1 years hands-on experience using Imaris software
- Bachelors degree in biological science, computer science, or biomedical engineering
- Strong English speaking and written communication skills
- Fluent in Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Technical knowledge of MAC & PC hardware, graphics cards, peripherals, and networks
- Strong background in advanced microscopy (confocal, spinning disk, etc.)
- Well-founded biological knowledge (ideally with a masters or PhD in cell biology, neuroscience, or a relevant field)
- Ability to explain complex concepts concisely
- Passion for scientific innovation
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and application support for users of Bitplanes Imaris 3D/4D advanced image analysis software
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Imaris software
- Facilitate the effective use of image analysis tools in research settings
- Collaborate with the development team to improve software functionality based on user feedback
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for users to enhance their understanding of the software
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in microscopy and image analysis
