Requirements
Must:
- At least 3 years experience supporting or consulting on Business Central
- Must have LS Retail / LS Central experience
- Proven background in 2nd line or advanced application support
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple cases effectively
- Confident communicator with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical users
- Experience supporting third-party applications such as Jet Reports, Continia, or Tasklet is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Investigate, diagnose and resolve escalated Business Central and LS Central issues within agreed SLAs
- Act as the primary escalation point for 1st line support
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between entry tables and reports
- Configure Business Central (non-development) to meet customer requirements
- Troubleshoot complex functional and system issues, including error message analysis
- Provide clear, structured technical information to internal teams and development partners
- Identify, document and prioritise issues requiring escalation to 3rd line support
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles and solution documentation
- Support customer training and onboarding for new features and processes
- Assist with upgrades, testing and deployment activities
