Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with proven experience in applying customer insight methodologies within a service-driven environment, ideally in housing, social housing, or another regulated sector. You will need advanced analytical and data interpretation skills, strong SQL experience to manage large datasets, and familiarity with survey platforms like Survey Monkey or CX tools. Experience in sentiment and text analytics, knowledge of regulatory frameworks within regulated sectors, and the ability to work with external research agencies will be beneficial. Familiarity with Microsoft Azure/Fabric and Power BI is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will ask you to design, deliver, and manage various customer surveys including satisfaction, perception, and transactional surveys. You will ensure that our methodologies are statistically robust, inclusive, and comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Maintaining data integrity, monitoring survey performance, and implementing necessary improvements will be essential. You will analyze both quantitative and qualitative customer feedback to identify sentiment and actionable areas for improvement. Additionally, you will develop segmentation models to inform our strategy and service design, present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, and facilitate workshops while collaborating cross-functionally to embed customer insight into our service delivery.
