Must:
- Experienced in ITIL, ideally V4
- Strong experience in service management and vendor governance
- Skilled in multi-supplier environments with excellent stakeholder engagement

- Build strong vendor relationships and handle escalations

Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to lead our service delivery and vendor management in a hybrid role based in Warwick, where you will spend 2 days on-site each week. You will play a crucial role in our technology transformation by managing key managed service providers (MSPs) in an end-user environment where many IT services are outsourced. We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 along with benefits.
