Requirements
Must:
We expect you to have a strong knowledge of the application Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Process Automation and Data Factory. Experience in Data Transformation, Programming (Powershell/Python), SQL, and Integration is also highly desirable. You should possess excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, alongside great communication abilities. Additionally, having experience with bespoke industry-specific applications and familiarity with the Power Platform will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
As our 3rd Line Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise across a range of application technologies. Your role will involve working on projects related to applications and data, managing escalated incidents through to resolution, and assisting in the design, build, and delivery of solutions across business requirements for projects and improvements. You will also recommend appropriate application solutions to meet business needs, configure and implement monitoring capabilities across the application stack, and maintain backups, data, system integrations, updates, and application patching.
