Requirements
Must:
- Business Analyst experience in project or transformation environments or a Business Analysis qualification
- Experience with process modelling and visualisation
- Strong analytical skills to break down problems and communicate clearly to various audiences
- Confidence working with stakeholders, running workshops, and producing clear, accurate documentation
- Good organisation skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- DBS clearance may be required for this role
Responsibilities
- Support business cases and feasibility work to help teams understand options and expected benefits
- Gather and refine requirements through workshops, interviews, and reviewing existing information
- Map processes and data flows to help teams visualize current operations and necessary changes
- Convert requirements into clear documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for delivery guidance
- Collaborate closely with project, technical, and testing teams on transformation projects
- Assist with benefits tracking, change impact assessments, and post-project reviews
Description
At Amplius, as a Business Analyst, youll support the successful delivery of projects and programmes by conducting essential business analysis activities. We offer a salary of £47,863 for a permanent, full-time position with a 36.25-hour workweek. The role is hybrid, requiring weekly presence in our offices located in Milton Keynes, Peterborough, Rushden, or Boston.
