Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience as Technical BA and Architect
- Expertise in AWS and Azure
- Enterprise data modeling and integration
- Java, Microservices, APIs
- Agile / Scrum delivery
- Banking, Financial Services, Media domain experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Technology
- 10+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Business Analyst
- 10+ years of experience as a Solution / Cloud Architect
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
- Translate requirements into BDDs, SDDs, functional specs, and architectural artifacts
- Perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and data lineage analysis
- Support Agile delivery using JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps tools
- Collaborate with QA teams on E2E test scenarios and acceptance criteria
- Define and own solution, data, and cloud architecture
- Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models
- Architect cloud-native and hybrid solutions on AWS and Azure
- Establish architecture governance frameworks and best practices
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives
- Define enterprise data strategy and governance
- Architect data lakes, analytics platforms, and reporting solutions
- Support regulatory reporting (Basel III, IFRS9, CCAR, AML)
- Enable analytics using Power BI and Graph technologies
- Mentor BAs, architects, and engineers
- Review designs and code for architectural integrity
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture and security teams
Description
We are a forward-thinking company looking for a highly experienced Technical Business Analyst (BA) and Architect to drive enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives. This role combines business analysis, solution architecture, cloud architecture, and data architecture, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams. The position is based in the UK/Europe with a hybrid model that includes client-facing work and occasional travel to London. We offer competitive pay ranging from £110,000.00 to £130,000.00 per year.
