Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience in designing or building digital solutions such as low-code apps, automated workflows, or reporting solutions
- Practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform or similar low-code or automation technologies
- An understanding of how data, processes and systems work together to support business outcomes
- Ability to work with stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into workable solutions
- A learning mindset, with the ability to pick up new tools, patterns and approaches over time
- Experience working in regulated, enterprise or delivery-focused environments is beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Design and build applications, workflows, and data-driven solutions primarily using Microsoft Power Platform
- Collaborate closely with delivery, operations, and client stakeholders to simplify processes and improve insights
- Handle a varied portfolio of projects, ranging from rapid prototypes to production solutions
- Contribute ideas and challenge assumptions to continuously improve solution design and delivery
- Work end-to-end from problem definition through to delivery and support, growing technical depth and system design experience.
