Must:
We are looking for someone who has hands-on experience with warehouse management, WMS, inventory management, or distribution software. To be considered, you should have experience in one of the following areas:
- Working with WMS or distribution software, whether as a user, support consultant, or implementation consultant.
- An understanding of warehouse operations, including stock control, picking, packing, and shipping.
- An appreciation of how drop shipping and 3PL (third-party logistics) work.
- Some exposure to or involvement in software implementations.
- Knowledge of any WMS solution such as Proteus, BlueYonder, Logiwa, Mintsoft, or similar.
Responsibilities
As a WMS Consultant, you will begin by receiving full training in Cin7, an award-winning American WMS and distribution platform. Your role will involve starting with supporting Cin7 customers, answering queries, and familiarizing yourself with the platform and its capabilities. Over time, your responsibilities will evolve to include more project-based work, supporting implementations, customer onboarding, and custom configuration. You will utilize your understanding of warehouse and distribution operations to connect end users with our software effectively.
